How long do I need to wait to receive my product?
We reserve 14 days from when your order is placed to produce and send your order. In other words, your order is in the mail within 14 days.
You can choose your own transportation method in the checkout.
I did not get a confirmation email, what should I do?
If you did not get a confirmation email please reach out to us at support@calanthestudio.com. If you have an order number, please send that with your inquiry. If not - your name and email is enough for us to investigate it further.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately not. After your order has been placed, it is being produced exclusivly for you. Therefore, please make sure to add all adjustments before placing your order.
How do I add specific measurements to my order?
When you have put a specific item in your cart, you have the option to add information under "Order special instructions". If you click on this text, a message field pops up in which you can add your specific measurement request. This is then handed over to our production. If they would have any questions on your request, we will reach out to you to make sure it's the perfect fit.
When do you charge me for my product?
As all of our products are produced on demand, you are being charged with the full order amount at checkout. Your order will therefore be produced and sent to you within 14 days.
How much does the shipping cost?
We offer different shipping methods upon checkout, so you can use the one that best suits you. For an overview of these, go to our Delivery page.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a 10% discount code when signing up to our newsletter, and on the first order you place. If you cannot find the discount code, please let us know at support@calanthestudio.com and we will help you out.
Will you offer more discount during Black Friday?
No, we will not be part of Black Friday. As we do not have any products produced, we do not have anything we need to sell off.
We focus on creating quality pieces that has a loved placed in your wardrobe for a long time. We believe that excessive sales campaigns lower the value and affection we give to the pieces we buy. We want to inspire you to consume smarter, not more.
Why are some of your items so expensive?
All our products' pricing is a direct reflection of the material and craftmanship that has been put in the creation of each product and the hours of labor that has gone into putting each piece together. CALANTHÉ is not a fast fashion company, nor will our prices match the ones from such stores. CALANTHÉ's prices reflect what clothing costs when being produced in a fair way for all included. A better question would therefore be - how can so much clothing on the market be so much cheaper?
RETURNS & ALTERATIONS
Why do you not offer returns?
Since all of our products are being produced first when an order has been placed, we per standard do not offer any returns. We instead ask all of our customers to think twice before ordering, and to reach out to us at support@calanthestudio.com with any questions so that we can help you make the perfect fit.
That you get happy with your product is our biggest priority. Therefore, if you would find that your product does not fit, we have an alteration service where we will help you make the adjustments needed. If you after this are still not happy with your item, you have by Swedish law the right to return your product. Please note that this is only valid within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
If you request your own measurements on your order, we will not be able to accept any returns at all, and you will by requesting your own measurement forfeit your legal right to return.
What do I do if the product i bought does not fit?
If your item does not fit, please reach out to us at support@calanthestudio.com and write "Alterations" in the headline. We will then help you do the alterations necessary to make sure the item fits you perfectly.
I am a bit worried about placing an order as you do not accept returns. What should I do?
The only thing you need to be sure of is that you like how the product looks and can see yourself use it. If you answer yes to those two questions, we are here to help you make sure that you get the best fit as well. We advise you to check out our Size guide before placing your order to help navigate which size that fit you best.
If you still receive a product that you are not completely happy with - contact us as support@calanthestudio.com and we will look over the item with you and help you make the alterations needed to get your dream fit.
How do I request alterations to my order if it does not fit?
If your item does not fit, please reach out to us at support@calanthestudio.com and write "Alterations" in the headline. We will then help you do the alterations necessary to make sure the item fits you perfectly.
Do you refund the shipping cost if I need to send back my product for alteration?
We do not, the return cost you will need to stand for yourself. However, we will stand for the shipping cost to resend your item to you when the alterations are finished.
I have received a faulty product, what do I do?
If you have received a faulty product, then please reach out to us at support@calanthestudio.com. We make our best efforts not for this to happen, but if anything would slip through our quality controls it is our highest priority to set it right and make you happy with your purchase.
Can I exchange a product or size?
As we do not have any products on stock we can unfortunately not offer product or size exchanges. Therefore we ask you to check out our Size guide prior to your purchase to ensure you get the right size for you.

SIZING & AVAILABILITY
How do I know what's the right size for me?
In general CALANTHÉ offers products in Regular to Loose fit. You can review the model images provided on each product site for size reference to the model size. All sizes are created to offer a similar fit on the body, so if you choose your regular size you should expect the product to have a fit on your body similar to the one the model has on the product page.
If you are in between sizes, we advice you to go for the smaller size, as we have developed the sizes so as that you do not need to size up to get your preferred fit.

How do I use your size guide?
We have put a lot of time on making the Size guide as easy to read as possible. What you need to get started is a measuring tape, to check three measurements on your own figure. Then you check these three measures against our sizing table and choose the one with the closest fit.
Then you can always see our product measurements on each product site. Tip: check out the length of sleeves or legs. If the length of sleeves or legs in our standard sizes do not fit you, then you can put in your preferred length! On our Size guide is also a guide for how you figure out your preferred length in sleeves and legs - all based on favorite pieces you already have at home!
What do I do if my size is not available on the website?
If you find that your size is not included in the range we offer, we first of all apologise. We work continuously on creating a more inclusive size range and to do better, and we want everyone to feel included.
Please reach out to us at support@calanthestudio.com and tell us which size that you need. We are then happy to create this size for you for no extra cost. Please note that it can take a little extra time for us in production to have your piece ready - but we will give you the specific details when you contact us about it.
Why do you not have more sizes included if they are produced Made to Order?
We have a standard range of patterns in sizes between XXS and XXL that lie available at our production facility. Meaning that we can accept orders on any size in between without needing any extra time for pattern making.
However, if you find that your size is not included in the ones we offer, we are happy to create the pattern for your size for you. This might take a little longer in production as it is not a pattern we have ready on the shelf. If we see that there is a demand for sizes that are not in our standard range, we will include them and extend the standard range, so that they are available on all products.
Will you restock the items that are sold out?
We cannot restock the items that are sold out, as that means that we have run out of fabric. We buy fabric for a certain amount of products, and when this fabric has been used we are unable to make more that is exactly the same. However, we are able to take in new fabric and new color of the item and to offer a new variant of the sold out item. This we will do on all our popular items.
But if there are any specific colors or fabrics that you are especially fond of, we would recommend you not to sleep on your choice since when we are out of the fabric, the item will not be available in the same constellation again.
How many products are available of each style?
We have about 15 pcs available of each product that is released in the first three drops. This may change for the future based on demand.
As several products have the same fabric, we are able to sell more than 15 pcs of the popular products and then automatically leave less fabric for the less popular products.
Why can you not restock items that are popular?
As we only produce products of deadstock fabric, we base our collections on the available fabric on the market. We do not produce the fabric for our products, which means that when the fabric is out we cannot make any more products.
However, we will take in similar fabric in different colors of the popular products, so that you will be able to still purchase the product in a different colorway.
