RETURNS

As a standard procedure CALANTHÉ does not offer return on orders placed. We are a small brand that produce all items first after an order has been placed, and we want to inspire our customers to a conscious clothing consumption also from a return point of view. Therefore we ask all of our customers to think twice before ordering, and to reach out to us at support@calanthestudio.com with any questions so that we can help you make the perfect fit.

That you get happy with your product is our biggest priority. Therefore, if you would find that your product does not fit, we have an alteration service where we will help you make the adjustments needed. If you after this are still not happy with your item, you have by Swedish law the right to return your product. Please note that this is only valid within 14 days of the receipt of your order.

If you request your own measurements on your order, we will not be able to accept any returns at all, and you will by requesting your own measurment forfeit your legal right to return.

ALTERATIONS

If your item does not fit, please reach out to us at support@calanthestudio.com and write "Alterations" in the headline. We will then help you do the alterations necessary to make sure the item fit you perfectly. Please note that we do not refund the shipping cost nor the return cost for sending your item back for alteration. However, we take the shipping cost to send your altered piece back to you.

To avoid any unessecary shipping and return cost, please review our Size guide before placing your order to make sure that your item is a perfect fit from start.

CLAIMS

We inspect all products before they are sent to you, and all products go through and extensive quality control. In the unlikely case that you would receive a damaged or faulty product, we undertake to rectify the fault free of charge. Your claim is then subject to either repair, replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

In a case of return or claim, you as a customer can make a request for a refund. The refund process will be initated automatically when your return has been accepted on our end.

For returns it is crucial that you follow the rules for a refund to be accepted. That is, if you have contacted us about that you wish to withdraw your order, and your return has returned to us within 14 days from receiving your order, in the same condition as when sent to you.

For both claims and returns the following rules apply: once your product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return/claim. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of the return/claim. If your return/claim is rejected, we will charge you for the full shipping cost to send the item back to you.

Please note that any potential refunds are only for the product value. Meaning that no shipping or return costs will be refunded.
