The long arms are wide by the wrist, giving the dramatic look we are oh so found of. The top also has a peplum from the waist seam and lacing in the back, creating an hourglass shape that highlights the smallest part of the waist and blooms out at the hips. The waist can be tied in to your own preference or left as a more regular fit.
